ROTA Youth Challenge 2021 – A project of Reach Out To Asia (ROTA)

The ROTA Youth Challenge (RYC) was originally implemented in 2009 and was designed to provide a unique opportunity for young people in Qatar to develop leadership skills, gain understanding of local and global issues, and design their own youth-led service projects to address issues in their communities. In 2021, RYC widened its reach by engaging, in addition to Qatar-based youth, international youth from all around the globe. The activity was built on ROTA’s youth empowerment model and leveraged on ROTA’s Youth Service Toolkit as the primary resource tool.
